Chapter 1: The First Big Conversation

Every Full-Service journey starts with a two-hour, in-person consultation. Think of it as a first date, just with more Pinterest boards and far fewer awkward silences.

We want to hear everything. How you met, what you picture when you close your eyes, which family traditions matter most, and what absolutely has to happen on your wedding day (a late-night pizza drop? Yes, please!).

From there, we help you build a realistic budget that supports your vision, or take a thoughtful look at the one you have already started. Then we create your personalized monthly planning timeline, complete with reminders, so you always know exactly what is coming up next and never have to wonder if you have forgotten something.

And from the day you sign, you have unlimited access to us by phone, Zoom, and email. Big question, tiny question, 10 p.m. “is this normal?” question. We are here for all of it.

Chapter 2: Finding Your People

Your vendors are the team that brings your wedding to life, so we take choosing them very seriously.

First up is the venue. We help you find both your ceremony and reception spaces, looking at far more than just how pretty they are. Does the layout work for your guest count? Will the flow feel natural? Is there somewhere for Grandma to sit comfortably during cocktail hour?

Then we build your dream team. Instead of handing you a list of fifty names, we share a curated set of recommendations across every category you could need: catering, cake and desserts, decor, florals, photography and videography, DJs, bands, MCs, lighting, photo booths, officiants, transportation, stationery, guest favours, and even bridal party gifts.

We schedule and attend vendor meetings with you, handle negotiations on your behalf, and review and manage every contract. You get the headlines and make the final call. We handle the fine print.

Chapter 3: The Fun Part (We Might Be Biased)

This is where your wedding starts to feel real, and honestly, it is one of our favourite parts of the whole process.

Together, we define your wedding style, your overall aesthetic, and your colour palette. Classic and romantic? Modern and minimal? A little of both? There are no wrong answers, just the one that feels most like you.

From there, we create a custom mood board tailored to your wedding’s design. It becomes the creative guide for every decision that follows, from linens to lighting.

We also help with the paper details that set the tone before guests even arrive: save-the-dates, invitation selection, and a review of your wedding website.

And if you choose to have us design your florals too, your planning and flowers share one creative point of view. No back-and-forth between separate vendors, just one cohesive vision from start to finish.

Chapter 4: The Details That Make It Yours

Full-Service Planning goes beyond vendors and decor. We are there for the personal moments, too.

For the bride: Guidance with choosing your gown and your bridesmaids’ dresses, plus coordination of hair and makeup, so your morning feels calm and beautiful.

For the groom: Help selecting suits for the groom and groomsmen, so everyone looks sharp and coordinated.

For everyone’s favourite part: Full support with menu and beverage selection, including scheduling and attending your tastings. (Yes, we will happily help you decide between two desserts. Or suggest you have both.) We have experience with both kosher and non-kosher catering, so your menu can honour your traditions and your tastes.

Chapter 5: The Final Stretch

As your wedding gets closer, the excitement builds, and so do the details. This is when our behind-the-scenes work really kicks into gear.

We do venue walk-throughs and plan your seating chart so the room flows beautifully (and yes, we will help you figure out where to seat the cousins who do not get along).

We build a detailed wedding day timeline for you and your vendor team, along with a comprehensive checklist and a photography shot list, so no important moment or family photo gets missed. We coordinate your transportation and walk through the timeline with you and your vendors so everyone is on the same page.

In the month before your wedding, we confirm every schedule and outstanding detail with every vendor. Two weeks out, the finalized timeline lands in everyone’s inbox.

Then comes your rehearsal. We coordinate up to one hour, scheduled Monday to Thursday during your wedding week, so your wedding party knows exactly where to stand, when to walk, and when to cue the happy tears.

Chapter 6: The Big Day

This is it! And your only job today is to soak it all in.

A lead coordinator and an assistant are with you from start to finish, for up to 13 hours, covering your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We keep everything running smoothly and on time, and we manage the flow of the whole day so it feels effortless.

While you are getting ready, we are setting out your signage, place cards, guest favours, guest book, and all the small personal touches that make the room feel like yours. We line up your wedding party for the ceremony, just like we rehearsed, and oversee every vendor’s setup and teardown while we are on site.

At the reception, we work hand in hand with your MC and DJ or band to cue speeches and entertainment right on schedule. If you arrange it with us ahead of time, we even deliver your final vendor payments, so you never have to think about an envelope on your wedding day.

And for the little surprises? Our fully stocked emergency kit has seen it all: loose hems, a missing safety pin, a smudge that needs fixing before photos. We handle it quietly, and you keep dancing.
