With no built-in infrastructure or venue staff, we handle everything from the ground up — including tenting, lighting, power, bathrooms, catering tents, bar setup, staffing, and an inclement weather plan.

After a discovery call, we’ll provide a detailed proposal tailored to your location and needs. On average, couples typically budget 20–30% more for private property weddings due to the additional logistics and rentals involved.

Yes! The majority of weddings we plan are in Toronto and The GTA as we truly are the experts, however, we work all over Ontario planning weddings. Other notable locations include: Kingston, Prince Edward County, Niagara-on-the-lake and Jamaica. Travel fees + overnight accommodation may be added for out of town events.

Not at all. About half of our full planning clients come to us with a venue and date already secured, while the other half are just beginning the search — both are a perfect place to start.

On average, we begin working with our couples 12–18 months in advance to ensure access to the best venues and vendor teams. That said, we’ve also planned beautiful, meaningful weddings in just a few months — especially since 2020 — and they’ve been some of our most heartfelt celebrations.
